Jim is a pleasure to do business with. He guides you step by step through everything. He will make your experience pleasant. He will work with you and not over sell. He is a very honest business man. He was punctual from start to finish. He said it would take 3 days and he was spot on. His crew cleaned up and left things clean and tidy. I would recommend Jim and his crew all day. He honors his work and warranty with no questions asked. His work ethics are superior!!

Oh and one other thing in the event you have an emergency such as a leak he will go out of his way to help you immediately. He fixed my mom's leak without charging her a fortune.

This man and his company were amazing. First of all our house is a Victorian and has a very steep roof. It had 3 layers of past roofs that needed to be removed before even starting the job. Jim and his crew were polite and always on time never taking a days break throughout the job. The coordination of dump runs and the new materials seemed to be flawless passing each other in either direction. Jim was always a pleasure to deal with, we actually miss him and his contagious personality making the job fun. They were done from quote to cleanup in 6 days! We are extremely happy with this company and would not even bother getting a quote from another company in the future.

Jim is an awesome! He came to my house on time and gave me a lot of suggestions for what I want to do, even though he thinks I should find a general contractor instead of him but he still spent decent time to explain the situation to me. In the end, he suggested I should hire a general contractor from cost effectiveness point of view and he provided me the contractor contact that he thinks who is capable to do the work. He is very professional on providing suggestions and dealing with customers and I will recommend him to people who need roofing restoration, repair and rebuild.

Front porch roof was leaking during the 2014 storm. we had 3 roofers lined up to call. Jim Hageman we found on the pennysaver/yelp. first call was to Jim,and he said he could stop by in an hour.he was on time and after talking with him we decided to let him do the work.

He went up and looked,and found it wasn't as big as a problem as we thought it was going to be. he did a patch around the faulty gutter and that was it. now I can take the big ugly blue tarp off my porch.

I contacted the company and Jim the owner called me right away and set up an appt to come and give estimate. He was on time and gave me a quote explaining what is needed to stop the leak. His price was comparative and reasonable. Although he could not do it right away he was in communication with me until he came to do the job. I give him EXCELLENT for customer service. As for his work, time will tell. However, I have every reason to believe that I got my money's worth. I highly recommended him.

We hired Jim after having a few no shows or the ones that did show up gave us redicoulous quotes.
Jim and his crew came on time. Took three days to finish our roof. His men cleaned their mess at the end of their shift. At this time we are satisfied with his work but we haven't hit the rain season yet. His asking price was reasonable because we paid cash he took some $$$ off his asking price.

I decided to go with the new roof because of the very reasonable estimate. I also had him replace all the gutters. Jim and his team were great and I am so happy with the new roof. Jim is a very helpful and patient person and took him time to answers to all our concerns and questions. We had some electrical work also done to the house and he came back after the electrician left to make sure the electrical work met with the roofing requirements and did some free work to make things correct. Very dependable and reliable person. Very hard to find someone like him these days.

Jim and his team did a great job removing our old shakes and shingles and installing a new asphalt roof. He explained the entire re-roofing process and what to expect with such an old roof. His crew on the job worked diligently and completed the installation as planned. Overall, great job and great service worthy of recommendation.
